The menu Sir Isaac has developed guarantees to satisfy the palette of all who cross our threshold. With creativity, the finest quality ingredients, and a flair for flavor (say that 10 times fast), our scientists (chefs) constantly create culinary delights. We encourage you to read our menus and print them out for future reference. (But remember, we hold the patent!)

Much of the menu's delicious creativity is due to Isaac's chef Ed Chapman. Formerly from the Omni Hotels in Philadelphia, New York City and Connecticut, as well as several Hilton hotels, Ed has won numerous awards for his accomplishments. He was elected Chef of the Year in 1992 by the New Jersey Hotel Chef's Association and was awarded the Bronze medal by the Geneva Association in it's annual competition for food presentation. Additionally, Ed won first place in the 1992 Edible Arts Exhibition as well as first place for Isaac Newton's in the Great Chocolate Dessert Contest.

Our entire menu is available from 11:30am to 11:00pm Sunday through Thursday, and until Midnight on Friday and Saturday!
