Dear Alex, Thank you for putting together such a fine enterprise at Isaac Newton's, especially in regard to the catering business. Glenn, Ed, and their team have ben the reason for the success of so many of our celebrations. For the past 10 years, since we convinced Glenn to help us with a special party at Isaac's (an abbreviation we use fondly) has been our first choice as caterer. In fact, when we have used a caterer, Isaac's has been our only choice since 1993. We have used Isaac's for wedding anniversaries, private parties, baby christenings, wine tastings and holiday gatherings. We have never been disappointed. The food can be anything that the customer wants, an attribute we value highly. Whether you want a full-course dinner from soup to nuts or hot dogs and hamburgers for a pool party, the food always receives praise. Moreover, the high-quality, personal service starts in the first planning meeting with Glenn, through planning the menu with Ed, set-up, service and clean-up. Your service staff have always been courteous wile also being diligent and meticulous. We appreciate knowing that we can feel comfortable trusting your team in our home, even to the point of setting up when we're not there. Occasionally, we have had Isaac's only provide food for a party. But most of the time, we enjoy your "turnkey" service from set-up through complete clean-up. It has made it possible for us to really enjoy the events and spend the maximum amount of time with our guests. Your team has designed wonderful settings and created the perfect environments for celebrating special events. Then, not long after the party ends, the clean-up is complete and our home is back to normal. Wow, what a service! Thanks again for a spectacular catering service. I am writing to say how happy I am that Isaac Newton's is part of the neighborhood. In addition to many good meals, with and without children, I have had the pleasure of dealing with the catering staff at Isaac's. The first time was in May 2001 for my husbands 40th birthday party. We had over 200 people for a casual, (yet elegant) barbecue. Glenn and Ed handled ALL the details: menu, site planning, rentals (dance floor, tent) right down to coordinating table linens and balloons. The presentation and the service were excellent and the food won raves as well. Every aspect was handled in a friendly, professional manner and the party exceeded all expectations. The second event in October, was at Isaac's and was a neighborhood gathering for 30 people. We took over the glass room and had a great time. Again, Glenn was very helpful in the planning stage and kept a watchful eye on the service. He needn't worry, everything was fabulous. The third event was an informal costume party in October. I discovered my guest list doubled 72 hours before the party and I was in desperate need of help. One phone call to Glenn and I had two wonderful waitresses at my door who helped me set-up, keep-up and clean-up! Another success story! Needless to say, any future parties I plan will include the incredible staff at Isaac Newton's! Our area is very fortunate to have such a multi-faceted establishment in our midst! Two years ago, I came to you with a desperate plea to get together in a month. Not only did you pull that off, but you did it with style. Being so happy with your excellent food and service, I came to Isaac's again in 1996. This time, you far exceeded the expectations of myself and our guests to put on what I would call, the best banquet we have ever had. Thank you doesn't seem to enough to express my gratitude for all of your help in making the 1996 Holiday Banquet another success. Please be sure to tell all of your staff how much we appreciate their dedication to making our affair a memorable one. We look forward to working with you all again in 1997, not only for the Holiday Banquet, but for our building dedication ceremony being planned for late Spring.
